We are a technical recruiting agency - Finddev.Agency, working in the IT market for more than 3 years. Our specialization is finding specialists for the needs of companies in the IT sector. We help find talent for technical teams, assemble a core team for startups or open R&D centers in Ukraine. You leave an application for the search of a specialist

We sign an NDA and a collaboration agreement

We start the search (usually we spend: from 2 to 4 weeks for middle-senior positions; and from 3 to 5 weeks for team leader, STO, architect positions)
