Recruiting for technical positions

A technical role is not closed by keyword search but by conversation: the recruiter has to understand how Django differs from FastAPI and why this particular team asks for what it asks for.

We start with the product: what is being built, which architectural decisions are already made, who the person will work with daily. Sourcing follows - the Ukrainian and European markets, including candidates who are not actively looking.

Technical assessment involves vetted engineers with the relevant qualification, not a list of questions from a cheat sheet. You receive candidates who have already been interviewed by someone who understands their stack.
