Privacy notice

Updated 18.08.2026, version 1

This notice explains which personal data the finddev.agency website collects, why it is needed and how long it is kept. It is written in plain language: if a question remains after reading it, write to us and we will answer specifically.

Who processes the data. The technical recruiting agency Finddev.Agency. Send questions about your data to hr@finddev.agency.

What we receive from you. Through the hiring request form: company name, contact person, email, phone, and the text of the request. Through the job application form: name, email, phone, desired position, a cover message and your CV file.

Why we need it. A company's request is needed to contact you and understand who to look for. A candidate's CV is needed to assess the fit for a position and to present you to a client. There is no other use: we do not sell databases and we do not send advertising.

Who we share it with. A CV is passed to a client only after your separate consent for a specific vacancy. Without that consent your CV does not leave the agency.

How long we keep it. CVs and accompanying data: 12 months from submission, after which the file is deleted automatically. Company requests are kept while the cooperation lasts and for 3 years after the last contact, as accounting and tax rules require.

Cookies and analytics. The site sets one technical cookie required to protect the forms against request forgery. If Google Analytics is connected, it is stated separately in the site settings, and you can opt out with standard browser tools.

Your rights. You may ask for a copy of your data, correction of an error in it, or deletion. An email to hr@finddev.agency from the address you used in the form is enough. We answer within 30 days, usually sooner.

Protection. Data is stored on a server in the European Union, and only the agency's recruiters have access to CVs. Backups are encrypted.

Changes. If the text of this notice changes, we keep the version number you agreed to together with your request, so it is clear what exactly you consented to.
