Our flow is very flexible, we can adapt it to your recruiting flow and make the candidate hiring process as efficient and productive as possible

You leave an application for the search of a specialist

Our recruiter will contact you and specify the requirements for the application

We sign an NDA and a collaboration agreement

We start the search (usually we spend: from 2 to 4 weeks for middle-senior positions; and from 3 to 5 weeks for team leader, STO, architect positions)

We carry out soft skills assessment, as well as technical assessment of candidates, involving proven technical experts with relevant qualifications from the IT sector
